Reel Estate, is fiberglass flybridge sport fisherman built by Ocean Yachts, Inc. in New Jersey in 2001. She has a flared bow with molded bow pulpit, modified deep-V hull with keelson, and square transom with fish door and molded swim platform. The vessel is powered by twin turbocharged diesel engines, has a 7.6 KW generator, and carries 440 gallons of fuel and 94 gallons of water. On deck forward is a molded bow pulpit with anchor roller.
Further aft is an electric windlass with foot controls and an aluminum-framed acrylic foredeck, small boat cradle, and single point davit offset to starboard. The bow pulpit and foredeck are surrounded by stainless steel tubular bow railings that extend aft, terminating along the cabin sides. Narrow side decks lead aft along the cabin superstructure to the cockpit, which is arranged for sport fishing, with built-in rod holders, live bait tank, below deck fish hold, swing-open transom fish door, and a leaning post-style fighting chair. On the aft side ofthe cabin to port is a built-in rigging station with sink. Inboard of the rigging station is the access hatch to the engine room and to starboard is a built-in cooler cabinet, cabin entry door, and ladder to the flybridge. The flybridge has a centerline wheel helm, full engine controls and instrumentation, twin swiveling pedestal helm chairs and molded built-in bench seating forward and on the port side. The flybridge steering console and overhead console lockers have a full array of navigation and communications electronics. The flybridge is covered with an aluminum pipe-framed fiberglass hardtop. An isinglass enclosure for the flybridge was sighted on board. Down below, starting forward, is a master cabin, which is arranged with in-suite head with separate stall shower forward, followed by queen-sized athwartship berth with nightstands and overhead cabinets to port, and dresser and hanging closets opposite to starboard. Walking aft, there is a private guest cabin with fore and aft queen berth to port, and opposite to starboard is a second enclosed head with shower. The aft cabinet in the head opens to a combo clothes washer/dryer. Moving aft and up three steps is the salon area, with galley forward to port. The galley is equipped with a two-burner glass stovetop, in-cabinet overhead microwave oven, two under-counter front-loading reefers, molded Corian sink, and counters. Opposite the galley to port is an Lshaped settee with teak dining table. There is a second L-shaped lounge with fold-away sleeper in the aft port corner and opposing to port is a corner console that houses the main electrical breaker panel.
